2012 Londoner's Diary Competition

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.lbc.co.uk/competition-tcs-3554) apply to ‘Team 2012 Public Appeal radio competition – exclusive trainers ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 31st October - Monday 14th November 2011 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is LBC 97.3.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an entrant must go online to www.lbc.co.uk and enter their contact details and answer a question correctly.

Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

Listeners will be emailed to inform them they have won.

Prizes are non transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be over 18 years of age

Prize:
One winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries. The winner will receive:

A Luxury weekend in London. This prize must be redeemed by February 19th 2012.

This prize includes
- 1 night at the Cavendish London Hotel in their Junior Suite, based on 2 people sharing
no weekends in December and New Year’s Eve apart from the  exception of Saturday 17th December.

- Dinner at Quaglino’s restaurant in London Mayfair. Offer is valid for 6 months, until 1st May 2012. Booking is essential, and subject to availability. If dining in December, guests must dine between 12-2pm or 5-7pm

- 2x Theatre Tickets at the National Theatre to any show that is mutually agreed by all partners - Offer valid for 6 months

- £75 shopping vouchers for Seven Dials in Covent Garden

- Entry to the Grayson Perry exhibition at the British Museum

Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Subject to exhibition ticket availability.

The promoter and prize provider reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

Employees of the British Museum, London & Partners, their immediate families, their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

If the winner does not claim the prize within two weeks of the email being sent, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

- Travel costs are not included

British Museum
1. The prize detailed above must be taken by 19 February 2012 and is subject to exhibition ticket availability.
2. Entry is open to entrants over the age of 16 years.
3. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. The draw for the winner will be administered by London & Partners. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
5. The promoter and prize provider reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
