2012 Olympics: The Tube Hotspots To Avoid
Transport For London has published a list of stations that Londoners should avoid during peak times in the 2012 Olympic Games.
The hotspots are tube and rail stations that TfL say will be especially busy during key moments next summer and TfL are recommending that Londoners go out for dinner before travelling home to avoid the busiest times.
However, they insist that London will not grind to a halt during the Games and that people will still be able to get around.

People are being urged to plan their routes in order to avoid the above stations. Marshalls will be at major rail terminals will be directing ticket-holders to less-congested routes, although critics say this means travel will take longer.
TfL boss Peter Hendy told a briefing that instead of going home at the usual rush hour time, Londoners should go out for a meal, go to the theatre or the cinema before going home.
This will then decrease the pressure on the busiest stations by the 20% needed to keep the Tube network running smoothly.
