After an 11-year-old boy was revealed to be Scotland Yard's youngest gun crime suspect, Nick Ferrari is asking whether we are dealing with youth gun crime effectively.
He spoke to youth worker Shaun Bailey, a former Conservative candidate, whose work with My Generation aims to increase the social development of youngsters in London.
