Balls: Government Must Cut VAT on Fuel

Shadow chancellor Ed Balls is calling on the government to cut VAT on fuel immediately to help struggling families. Labour has called a Commons vote on the issue.
Mr Balls told Nick Ferrari that George Osborne made a mistake by putting VAT up in January - and shouldn't wait for next week's budget to act on fuel prices.
