Banana pancakes with bacon

I'm a sucker for pancakes with bacon and this is a dish I rustled up this morning in three minutes.
Ingredients
5tbsp flour
1tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Milk
Pinch of sugar
Bananas, crushed
Maple syrup
1) Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it over a high heat.
2) To make the pancake mixture, add the flour, baking powder, eggs and milk and whisk it together. Then add a pinch of sugar and the 'smashed' bananas.
3) Fry this off in a pancake pan for around one minute on both sides, or until it is golden brown on both sides.
4) Sprinkle the fried bacon bits over the pancake and add maple syrup.
