Nick Conrad's Young London is celebrating young people who are making a difference in their community.
LBC's youth show would like to hear from youngsters who are working to make their local area a better place - whether it's 
organising shows or sporting events in their area, or are volunteering to improve their town.
Nick explains: "We're looking for young people to tell us the change they wanted to see in their area and how they set about doing it.
"It doesn't have to be a major success story, it can be a work in progress but it’s a chance to show that young people are doing something to help."
