Architect Sir Norman Foster's plans for the Thames Hub, a four-runway airport in the Thames Estuary, nicknamed "Boris Island", are gaining the support of the government.

Boris Johnson has told LBC 97.3 that architect Lord Foster's plans for a four runway Thames Estuary airport are "brilliant."
The detailed designs envisage an airport capable of handling 150 million passengers a year on the Isle of Grain in Kent.
