Stars of BBC's Maestro, the West End, classical music and Opera will add sparkle to this years Christmas festivities to celebrate Leonard Cheshire Disability's diamond anniversary. Jane Asher and Katie Derham, hosts of the glittering concert, will be joined onstage by their Maestro winner Sue Perkins, along with performances from West End star Connie Fisher and opera and pop sensation Jonathan Ansell. Newsreaders Nicholas Owen and Emily Maitliss will be giving readings, and celebrated cellist Matthew Barley will perform a solo piece, with the London Chamber Orchestra and London Philharmonic Choir providing spectacular Christmas music for the night. The concert will raise much-needed funds for the charity campaigns and support that make a positive difference to the lives of disabled people.
