Commuters On Circle Line Wait Longer For Trains

Commuters on the redesigned Circle Line are having to wait longer between services and there are fewer trains running according to new figures.

BUT London Underground says trains are more regular since the changes 3 months ago, and it's because they're getting ready for a major upgrade of the line over the next few years.
