Could We See In Slow Motion?

Question:

Would it be possible for us to see things in slow motion? What conditions would need to be in place for us to see in slow motion?
Anthony

Answer:

James O'Brien: No - we'd have to be existing in different space time continuums. (Wrong! Although he claims it was down to the phrasing of the question. Hmm)

Name: Nicholas, Basingstoke
Answer: Yes. If you had a daughter and a pack of terriers were running towards her - you'd want to stop it so your mind would start thinking quicker. That would lead to your perspective of time slowing down. If you were in a in a situation where there were two adults and one cared more than the other - one would see things slower than the other. So you are seeing things in slow motion.
