Cycle Hire Scheme Starts


More than eleven thousand people have now registered to use the mayor's cycle hire scheme, which begins this morning.

But Boris Johnson has admitted to LBC he's concerned about theft and vandalism, although the 5000 bikes initially available have been specially designed to put criminals off. 

And TfL says 70 of the 400 planned docking stations aren't ready.
