Cyclist Killed After Vauxhall Lorry Collision

A cyclist has been killed after a crash with a lorry in central London.
Emergency crews were called to an area under the railway bridge on Parry Street in Vauxhall at around 7am this morning.
The male cyclist, believed to be 58, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers believe they know his identity but are awaiting formal identification.
The lorry stopped at the scene and the driver has not been arrested.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111.
It is the sixth cyclist death on London's roads in 2014.
Road closures are likely to be in place for some time.
