Do employment tribunals need reform?

The TUC has warned that government changes to employment tribunals could deter employees from seeking justice if they have been wronged at work. Nick wants to know if these laws need changing.
Dr Adam Marshall of the British Chamber of Commerce said the reforms are needed to save jobs, but employment barrister Daniel Barnett believes the proposed reforms will be ineffective or unjust.
