Grayling on Coalition's Benefits Plans

The Government is to unveil the latest phase of its "radical" welfare reforms. Contracts worth up to 5 billion pounds to deliver its new Work Programme are expected to be announced over the next seven years.
Ministers say private firms, voluntary groups and the public sector will be paid using benefit savings acheived by getting people into work. Employment Minister Chris Grayling has told Nick its a new idea.
