Hague on European Union Debate

MPs are to debate Government plans to ensure 'significant' powers can only be transferred to the European Union in future after a UK referendum.
Ministers say the proposals, contained in the EU Bill, will help preserve national sovereignty. But some Tories are threatening to side with Labour in a bid to make the measures far tougher.
