Friday 7th December 2012

Police are trying to identify a man whose body fell out of an incoming plane at Heathrow.
Heathrow Body - E Fit
Detectives have released images - an efit and a picture of a tattoo the man has - in the hope someone might come forward with more information about who he is.

Emergency services were called just before 8am on Sunday September 9 to Portman Avenue in Mortlak after recieving reports of a dead body.

The man is believed to be African and aged between 20 and 30 years old. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall and of slight build.

He died from multiple injuries and it is possible he was from Angola as money from there was found on him.

A flight from Luanda in the country was before the body was found.

Despite lots of enquiries police have never been able to find out who he is - he was not a member of the air crew or a passenger - so have released the images in the hope they can identify him and notify his family.

Anyone with information that can assist is asked to call officers on 020 8247 7254; if you wish to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
