Heavy Winds Batter London
Gale force winds and heavy rains are battering much of the UK this week - with gusts of up to 100 miles per hour.
The London Fire Brigade received at least 40 calls to help with structures and buildings in precarious positions on Tuesday and again on Thursday, while the racecourse at Epsom was closed after part of the roof collapsed.

High winds have knocked down part of the grandstand at Epsom Downs racecourse. A large piece of metal came off the roof closing roads in the area.
