St James Group has submitted a planning application for the site and Wandworth Council will be writing to people living and working nearby as part of a consultation.

Other proposals for sites in Nine Elms include the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station and a new US Embassy as well as also plans to extend the Northern Line to link the area to the Tube network.
