Is Prison the Answer for Rioters?

A new survey says that prison is not the answer for those convicted of being involved in the rioting that swept across London last month.
According to the Prison Reform Trust community sentences work much better in the long term rather than short sentences.
Nearly 90% of those questioned in the survey also thought victims of theft and vandalism should be given the chance to let offenders known the harm and damage they've caused.
