The High Court has scrapped a gagging order which had prevented reporting of an alleged affair involving the former Royal Bank of Scotland boss, Sir Fred Goodwin.
It is after a Liberal Democrat peer referred to the injunction in the House of Lords citing it as being in the public interest after RBS was bailed out by the taxpayer in 2008.
