So, it takes 20 minutes to teach a teenager how to put on a duvet cover, that one in ten British householders have seen a badger in their garden and that dogs look guilty when told off rather than because they know they are guilty. All things we maybe didn’t know. What we do know is that Peter Mandleson wants us to join the Euro, Andy Burnham wants fluoridation of water and that Sir Paul Stephenson wants more money to police the Royals for their security. Personally I don’t want the Euro, do think fluoridation of water shouldn’t be done (it should be a matter of choice) and that if the royals wish to go off gallivanting they should pay for their own security… whilst of course I support full security for them here in the UK.
And for the movies this week… James Hartigan and I went to see Hangover. Great movie – we both gave it four stars. And if you want a light does nothing sort of movie 3 ½ stars from me for Last Chance Harvey and on DVD this week? James suggests Sean Penn in Milk.
I’m back tomorrow for Business Matters from 5pm… www.lbc.co.uk/jamesmax for details
