How is the UK going to repair its economy? Whilst our politicians talk about cuts (which are important) or do we need to work out what we need our economy to grow into to pay our way out of the debt? Personally I think we need a significant amount thought as to where we want to go. Manufacturing isn’t the way forward. Product innovation and development, high finance and global companies are the way forward. To do that we need to deal with our tax system, incentive innovation and entrepreneurship and reduce red tape and increase investment.
