Here we go again! Now it's George Osbourne who's set to be investigated after complaints were made about his expenses. I bet you all thought it was all over and done with. Not likely.
The heatwave is still in full force and we've been enjoying the sunshine again. But get this, buses are hotter than Dubai because drivers can't turn the heating off. It beggers belief doesn't it. I for one haven't let Mrs Whale have the heating on at home for some time at home so why on earth is it switched on, on the blinking bus? I'm making it my mission to speak to the Mayor about this on tomorrows show. And while we're at it, the fountains in Trafalgar Square have been switched off because of algae. The cleaning system can't work in the heat. You just can't make this stuff up anymore.
I'll be back tomorrow, assuming I don't have swine flu - we're set to be seeing 100,000 cases a day of the virus by the end of August according to the government. They say it's the worst case scenario, but I'll be keeping an eye on anybody sneezing!
