Do you have confidence in the Police?

A big story broke just before we went on air tonight - a Met Police Commander's been jailed for four years for assaulting and falsely arresting a businessman. Commander Ali Dizaei's been convicted of misconduct in public office - and perverting the course of justice. LBC reporter Declan Harvey filled us in on all the details and I asked if you still have confidence in the Police, following this news?

David Cameron started a very personal attacked on Gordon Brown at a speech earlier - saying the Prime Minister is the main problem behind the expenses scandal. But, have he got the solution to the MPs expenses problem? Should we now be focusing on the good things MPs have done, as Mr Cameron suggests? I'm not convinced by Mr Cameron's latest outburst - and neither was LBC Presenter and Consultant Editor of the Daily Mail, Andrew Pierce, who joined me live.

In the last hour, we heard how a Muslim bus driver in London surprised passengers by pulling over to pray while he kept the engine running...Is this appropriate behaviour? Is what this bus driver did excusable? Editor of the Muslim News, Ahmed Versi, joined me to discuss the issue.

That's all for today - join me tomorrow for more of "James Whale's Drive" from 4pm.
