Can't look after your pet because of the recession?
Why oh why will people insist on buying animals they cannot afford to look after. This normally results in people abandoning these poor animals. We looked at this today because the RSPCA has just announced that they are going to take fewer unwanted pets in order to look after ones they seize who have been cruelly treated. It appears that this is down to the recession and to be honest I think the blame should land at the door of these owners who simply don't prepare for things that may crop up in an animals life after they've been purchased. I assume it is these hoodies walking along with with these weapons on leads in order to try and eek out as much street cred as they can. then when the poor animal needs an operation they just abandon the animal. These kind of people make me sick. And I think in order to prevent these scumbags from owning animal there should be measure in place for dog licenses.
