The hot weather is causing havic to me schedules.
Yesterday it was us today it was our pets. Did you know that if you get reflective paint and paint it on your guinea pigs roof they wont get quite so hot. And did you know that using a common or garden watering can to pour water over your pooches really does the trick
Sucking on an ice cube, using a fan, finding the shade, hosing them down….. Your calls were illuminating and run. KEEP ANIMALS COOL was your message.
And then The empty nest syndrome, some researchers are saying that it’s a myth.

The restaurants stay open and we enjoy reasonably priced food.
But my fave today was talking to George Hinchliffe he of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain.
He calls himself a ukeleator. It seems that young folk prefer the little four string instruments to recorders
And having had to listen to a lot of squeaking recorders in my life I COULDN’T AGREE MORE.
Russel Hargreaves is still on centre court and when I speak with him for just one moment I fancy I am watching that ball bounce back and forth.
