by campaign leader Lorna Taylor, whose son served with Lee in
Following a meeting with Lee's mother Lyn Rigby, it has been confirmed that a memorial will be commissioned.
Designs have not yet been confirmed, but Ms Rigby is hoping for something more than a plaque and work is on-going about the inscription.
It will be situated outside the Woolwich Barracks, close to where Fusilier Rigby was murdered.
