Mayor: Trains won't replace planes

The Mayor has told LBC it's nonsensical to think the Transport Secretary's plan for a high speed rail link is the solution to London's shortage of air capacity. Phillip Hammond says the route will connect London with other aiports around the country.
But Boris Johnson, who has suggested building a new airport in the Thames Estuary, told Nick Ferrari that the rail link is only part of the answer.
