Mayor Unveils Help For Low Emission Vans

The Mayor has unveiled a package of financial deals to help van and
minibus owners meet new European emissions limits coming into force
next year. From January, 72,000 vehicles will have to meet the standards to help tackle pollution in London or face a fine.
Boris told Nick Ferrari that London as a city could be fined £300million if it doesn't meet the limits.
