Three runners have taken up the challenge to try and beat a London Underground Tube to the next station.

The trio filmed their efforts using body worn cameras, racing the District Line train from Mansion House to Cannon Street in a bid to catch the same Tube.

Three runners attempted to run from Mansion House to Cannon Street.

The journey takes about two minutes, but if you’re attempting to run, there are a number of obstacles in the way.

The footage, uploaded to YouTube on Sunday, shows both the runners' point of view and their friend's - who remains on the train.

The group’s 350 yard run sees some swift stair climbing and people dodging too.

The journey takes about two minutes.

But are they quick enough to make it back on to the same train?
