Two cyclists have been killed in as many days on London's streets. In the same week Mayor Boris Johnson has unveiled his Cycle Safety Action Plan. But I'm asking if there simply isn't enough room on London's streets to make it safe for cyclists and lorries to share the road? The streets are congested and covered in roadworks in central London, and that seems to be the issue that needs addressing.
