Olympic Cycle Route Announced
The route has been announced for the cycling road race at the London Olympics next year.
The 15.5 kilometre circuit will start and finish in front of Buckingham Palace.
Riders will head through central London before crossing the River Thames at Putney Bridge in Fulham.
They will then head off on a loop taking in parts of south west London and Surrey, including Richmond, Esher, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Box Hill in Dorking.
