RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at lbc.co.uk apply to The International Flower Bulb Centre’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 08/03/10 to 10/03/10 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is LBC
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to lbc.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 0600 on 08/03/10 and close at 2359 on 10/03/10.
4. Listeners will be asked to go online where they will have to answer a question for a chance to win one of 40 brighten up my day tulip bouquets tulip bouquets. 
5. Entrants will be selected at random and notified by the station on 11/03/10.

Terms and conditions of giveaway
•         Deliveries will be made on Friday 12 march. 
•         40 x brighten up my day tulip bouquets tulip bouquets to be offered as giveaways for delivery on Friday 12 March as part of promotion with The Netherlands Flower Bulb Information Centre.
•         Deliveries only within mainland UK.
•         Please be sure to provide the full delivery address including full postcode and telephone number of the recipient plus any special directions.  Please provide any alternative instructions should the recipient be out.  Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the bouquet at the delivery address on Friday 12 March. We cannot be held responsible for recipients providing the wrong delivery address.
•         We will endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot (Friday 12 March) and in perfect condition.  However if the recipient is not there and the delivery cannot be made, we will attempt to re-deliver the following day.  There will be a re-delivery charge of £9.10 after two failed attempts to deliver.  Should a second delivery prove impossible the order will be returned to us for disposal.
•         We regret that we cannot be responsible for late delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
•         Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged.  If the recipient receives damaged flowers, pleases contact us immediately so that we can arrange to re-send on the next available delivery date.
