A traffic warden in West London has exposed a secret quota scheme for issuing parking tickets.
Hakim Berkani revealed that wardens are forced to issue 10 tickets a day as he won his claim for unfair dismissal against parking managers in Kensington and Chelsea.
A tribunal has ruled he was wrongly sacked for opposing contractor NSL.
NSL insists it does not set quotas.
Alasdair Seton-Marsden, who lives in Chelsea and helped Mr Berkani with is case has told LBC 97.3 the company has deals in boroughs across the capital
"It's taken me four years to assemble this smoking gun and I have the smoking gun going from Kensington and Chelsea all the way down to the traffic wardens. It's taken me a great deal of time after my FOI - my Freedom of Information Request - was ignored."
