Paternity Leave: Should employers be more flexible?

Parents could soon be able to share their leave allowance after they have had a baby as Ministers consider changing the system to make it more flexible.It would be able to be taken in a number of different blocks.
Nick spoke to Sarah Jackson - Chief Executive of Working Families - and Naveeda Bhatti - who runs a beauty salon in Ilford - about whether employers should be more flexible when it comes to paternity leave, as well as the problems it throws up for small businesses.
