Lorry Driver Filmed By Police Watching A DVD Behind The Wheel

A careless lorry driver has been caught by police watching a DVD behind the wheel on a busy Kent motorway.
He was one of dozens of drivers who were stopped, fined, given points or educational advice during a roads policing operation on the M20 last week.
Other lorry drivers were spotted using their mobile phones and also filling out paperwork.
Kent Police used an unmarked lorry of their own to catch the offending drivers.
