Pro-EU Tory Peer, Baroness Patience Wheatcroft, doesn't think Theresa May should stay as leader for the entirety of office - but she made some suggestions about who should lead the party.

The Prime Minister is expected to make a ‘mea culpa’ speech at the Tory party conference in October to convince supporters to give her another chance at being a successful leader.

The news of her 'apology' comes among reports Jacob Rees Mogg is scoping out his chances, despite denying he will make a bid.

Baroness Patience Wheatcroft, Conservative Peer and Journalist, spoke to Andrew Pierce about whether Theresa May should see out the Brexit negotiations as leader.

She told the LBC Presenter she doesn't think the Prime Minister will last, and offered some suggestions about who should replace her as Conservative leader.
