What a heartwarming reaction: after an autistic caller tells Iain he can't get a job, two company bosses phone up LBC to offer him work.

Josh phoned during Iain's discussion of how autistic people are struggling to find jobs.

He reported problems himself in finding work, with computer tests required for lots of roles proving too difficult for him.

But he insisted he wanted to work and his can-do spirit prompted two company bosses to phone in and offer Josh the prospect of work.

As you can see in the clip above, he was absolutely delighted - and so was Iain.
