Caller Ian isn't impressed that Katie Hopkins gained and lost four stone for a TV show.

During a heated discussion about the NHS, Ian challenged Katie's take on the impact of obese patients in our hospitals.

And he started with the TV show Hopkins made, where she gained and lost four stone to show it could be done.

"You made a programme, not so long ago - "

"Four stone!" proclaimed the LBC presenter. "Four stone on, four stone off!

"You abused your body. What if you had or have done some irreversible damage that at some point in your life - "

"Oh Ian get over yourself will you!" said Katie, who decided to answer Ian's question before he even got a chance to answer.

"People told me all my life I'm lucky to be skinny.

"So I thought: I'm going to prove to you that if I sit on my sofa all day and stuff my face all day with the amount of calories you guys stuff your face with, I will get fat too.

"I went from eight stone to 12 stone. Four stone on, four stone off - to prove you are not lucky to be skinny, you're lazy to be fat."

Eventually Ian did get a word in and it was to ask Katie about the damage she might have done in the experiment.

She scoffed at that thought: "Believe me, sweetie cheeks, my life's had bigger worries!"
