One Caller's Story Of His Shocking Experience With United Airlines

John has refused to fly United Airlines since an incident in 2001 involving an eight-year-old child that left Maajid Nawaz "gobsmacked".

John has refused to fly United Airlines since an incident in 2001 and once you hear his story, you'll probably understand why.

He was chaperoning a group of children on a trip to the US, flying from Miami to Maine via New York.

"There was 13 of us. They bumped 12 of us off, leaving an eight-year-old on their own, unchaperoned.

"They completely and utterly ignored my pleas."

Maajid was visibly stunned by John's allegations, exclaiming "My God! This is scandalous."

Since then, John says he won't fly United Airlines but he had another unique way to punish the company for the way they treated him that day.
