A leader of the free world?

Has Gordon Brown's handling of the G20 summit improved your image of him?

Hi All,

G20 could be one of the best things that’s ever happened to Gordon Brown.   That is, at least since he’s been Prime Minister.  It really has been a great week for the former Chancellor.  The blame spotlight has been firmly on the bankers, allowing Gordon and his fellow leaders to come out looking like our saviours.  Lucky for us!

A conversation broadly talking about the capital’s transport system was bound to get you talking, and today was no exception.  Boris Johnson got into a spot of bother this week after threatening to walk out on a House of Commons inquiry into the travel chaos following the heavy snowfall in February.  He can moan all he wants but I think what happened is just awful.  Heavy snow was predicted and yet they just waited and didn’t do anything until it was just too late.

That’s all from me, I’m off to find another protest.

Till next time,

Ken
