Posted by Ken Livingstone on December 24, 2009 at 16:17PM

The government has banned three so-called legal highs...have you or your family been affected by problems with drugs? What sort of effect can this have?

The government has banned three so-called legal highs. The club drugs GBL and BZP have been re-classified as Class C, along with herbal cannabis products such as Spice...Is the government right in taking a tougher stance? What would be the correct type of legislation? Maryon Stewart - whose daughter Hester died after taking GBL - gave me an emotional account of the devastation these drugs can cause.

The threat of more tube strikes has been lifted after the RMT union accepted a new pay offer. Is it appropriate for the RMT to be holding London Underground to ransom?

In the last hour, I was joined by LBC Present David Mellor to take a look back on his 'favourite' stories of the year.

That's all for now - I'm back for my 4 hour Christmas extravaganza tomorrow afternoon from 2pm...see you then!
