We heard today how the new Archbishop of Westminster will address the problem of gangs in his first midnight mass. Do you have direct experience of being caught up in a gang?

Just before we went on air the US Senate's passed major healthcare legislation, which's been described by the American President as historic. The Bill aims to extend health coverage to 30 million Americans who are shut out of the current system. It's been a frenzied final day of Christmas shopping - with an estimated million pounds being spent every minute. During the last hour, we had a quick look at how the West End was faring with Jace Tyrrell of the "New West End Company" and Tom Nathen, who's General Manager of Brent Cross shopping centre.

Brian Coleman was my special guest in the last hour, reviewing his favourite stories of the year. In case you didn't know, he's Chairman of the London Fire and Planning Authority and Conservative Member on the London Assembly.

Have a lovely Christmas - you can chat with me again on Boxing Day at 10am!
