Are car clubs the way forward for London?

Would you rent a car by the day to get around London and do you find lingerie adverts on busses offensive?

Boris going to be putting his energy in to creating more car club parking spaces around London in an attempt to take cars off the road. The theory behind it is that instead of having 40 cars parked on roads outside homes, you have just one or two, and people will only use them when they really need to. Surprisingly I have to say that I agree. By doing that it means people will leave their car at home to go down the road, and they'll walk instead or just take a bus. Anything that makes it easier to get around London is ok by me!

I also asked you about lingerie adverts on the side of London busses. Nadine Dorries MP thought that they weren't necessary and were overtly sexual. It seems that whilst many of you initially didn't agree with her, by the end, almost half of you thought they were a little over the top. Many of you voted in my online poll to tell me that you didnt want to see half naked people draping across the bus.

Lucy McDonald was my paper reviewer, so podcast the show to hear her thought on the lingerie issue, adult film directors as politicians and the role of wives in politics.

More from me next week
