Do we have a right to know why Jamie Bulger's killer is back in jail?

Is it in the public interest to know how Jon Venables breached the rules of his release conditions?

The gloves are off… The rules have been laid out for the three live televised debates between the three main political leaders. But what would you ask them? And will some of the rules - like no crowd cheering - dampen the atmosphere? Do we have a serious problem of overcrowding on our trains? A Freedom of Information Act request has unveiled the worst offenders, but are the rail companies dealing with it adequately?

One of Jamie Bulger's killers - Jon Venables - has returned to jail after breaching his release conditions. The mother of murdered toddler James Bulger says the recall to prison of one of her son's killers is proof that he should never have been released. But I want to know how he broke the rules. Do you think we have the right to know? Fascinating call from 'John' who now has one of these licences after being jailed for murder for 14 years. With the plight of potholes on our roads, how can we take legal action when they damage our cars?

A study says we should extend the statutory school day to stop older pupils turning delinquent. A good idea in practise, but how would it work for you as a parent? Would longer school hours mean kids that are over-tired? Plus, do you agree with suggestions women are happiest with men five years older than them and less intelligent?!

I'll be back tomorrow morning from 7am.
