Figures suggest the poundshops are going from strength to strength and more will be appearing in the high street this year. Why do people love them and are there any real bargains I wondered? He didn't speak out though either. We will see how he gets on when he faces the Inquiry himself.
There was disappointment but support for Andy Murray. One Scottish lady was dismayed at the lack of positive vibes for Andy from English commentators but I can't say I've noticed it. We had a few people who still resent his remarks about the England football team, but mostly you have to sit back and admire his skill. It really is rather sad that some people are more concerned about his facial expressions. And his quote "I can cry like Federer, I just wish I could pay like him" was an admirable thing to say.
