Samuel's Movie To Dominate?

It’s Samuel L. Jackson against Kate Hudson at the US box office this weekend.

In Lakeview Terrace he plays a crooked cop terrorising his neighbours, while while she stars in Lionsgate's romantic comedy My Best Friend's Girl.

Insiders say there is an outside chance that the current top movie Burn After Reading could stay in the number one spot.

Also opening this weekend is Ghost Town - a comic fantasy that stars Ricky Gervais and Greg Kinnear.

However, reports claim that movie is tracking so poorly that Paramount has slashed the number of playdates for the DreamWorks production which might not be a good sign especially as it has so far only received lukewarm reviews.
