Senior Met Officer Warns of Terror Budget Cuts
Britain's most senior anti-terror officer warns Government cuts in public spending could increase the risk of a terrorist attack.
Scotland Yard's Assistant Commissioner John Yates says counter-terrorism officers will have to make savings of around 150 million pounds as part of Treasury cuts.
He's claimed the Metropolitan Police will see 87 million pounds wiped from its anti-terror budget alone - weakening its defences against Al-Qaeda.
