Should Tomlinson PC Be Put On Trial?

A jury has returned a verdict of unlawful killing following the inquest into the death of newspaper seller Ian Tomlinson during the G20 protests.
Mr Tomlinson's family immediately called for PC Simon Harwood to face trial for the incident. Nick was asking if you think he should be charged.
Paul Mendelle QC, a former chairman of the Criminal Bar Association, believes that the decision not to charge PC Harwood should be reconsidered, while former Deputy Assistant Commissioner of the Met Police Brian Paddick believes this is a worrying development.
