Should We Be Celebrating Bin Laden Death?

Thousands of Americans lined the streets of New York and Washington to celebrate the killing of Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden by US forces.
Is this something we should be celebrating? Are these scenes of people in the streets as bad as those celebrating the 9/11 attacks in Iraq?
